The official Genshin Impact description of the cute witch goes as follows: Check out the details below for making the most out of the flirtatious and nap-loving 4-Star Electro Witch Lisa. As much as she loves her sleep, she still manages to keep everything under control in a calm, composed manner.

Getting Lisa

One of the reasons Lisa is such an enduring Genshin Impact character is because she is free to acquire. And you can get her early, so you do not have to spend primogens and gacha spins just to fill your roster. Just do the Archon Quests. In Prologue Act I: The Outlander Who Caught the Wind, you will meet Lisa at the Temple of the Lion during the Sparks Amongst the Pages part. She will join you, providing a tutorial on how to use her Electro skills to explore and finish the quest in the temple. You can also acquire Lisa from a Wanderlust Invocation.

Lisa’s Skills

Lisa is an Electro elemental character. Most of her elemental skills require charging up to deal more damage or apply additional effects like the Conductive status and knockback.

Active Skills Lighnting Touch Normal Attack – Lisa will fire up to 4 lightning attacks that deal Electro elemental damage. Charged Attack – By consuming a small amount of Stamina, this charged version deals Electro damage after a short casting time. Plunging Attack – By building up her Electro power, Lisa will plunge to the ground from mid-air. This attack damages all opponents in her path and deals AoE Electro DMG upon impact with the ground. Violet Arc Press - Releases a homing Lightning Orb. On hit, it deals Electro elemental damage, and applies a stack of the Conductive status, to a max of 3 stacks. This hits a small AOE of opponents. Hold - After holding, Lisa calls down lightning from above, which deals massive Electro damage to all nearby opponents. Deals extra damage to opponents based on the number of Conductive stacks applied to them, and clears their Conductive status. This hold takes about 2 seconds to build up and generates 5 elemental particles if it hits at least 1 target. Lightning Rose Lisa conjures a Lightning Rose that strikes at enemies with powerful lightning bolts. Hit enemies will get knocked back and take Electro damage. The Lightning Rose will also continuously generate bolts to knock back opponents and deal Electro damage until the end of its duration. The arc will occur up to 29 times before it dissipates. Keep your distance when using Lisa. And make those Elemental Reactions count! Passive Skills General Pharmaceutics – (Utility) If you use Lisa to craft a potion, she gets a 20% chance to refund one of the materials used. This is useful for conserving potion crafting mats early in the game. Induced Aftershock – (1st Ascension) Lisa’s Charged Attacks will apply Violet Arc’s Conductive status. Static Electricity Field – (4th Ascension) Enemies that Lisa hits with Lightning Rose will have reduced DEF. This effect will decrease their DEF by 15% for 10 seconds. Lisa’s Constellations Infinite Circuit – Level 1 Lisa regenerates Energy when hitting enemies with Violet Arc. Each enemy grants 2 Energy while Violet Arc trigger, up to a maximum of 10 Energy (i.e. no additional Energy is regenerated even if Violet Arc hits more than 5 enemies). Yes, it’s not as infinite as the name suggests. Electromagnetic Field – Level 2 Holding Violet Arc will increase DEF by 25% and enhance Lisa’s resistance to interruption. Resonant Thunder – Level 3 This Constellation increases Lisa’s Lightning Rose Level by 3. Resonant Thunder can be upgraded up to Level 15. Plasma Eruption – Level 4 Increase the number of Lisa’s Lightning Rose by an additional 1 to 3 lightning bolts. Electrocute – Level 5 Violet Arc Level increases by 3. This has a maximum upgrade Level of 15. Pulsating Witch – Level 6 By entering Lisa in the field, she automatically applies the Violet Arc Conductive status to her nearest enemies. This Constellation triggers only once every 5 seconds. Note that each Constellation activation will require a 4-Star Stella Fortuna. A full set will add a big bonus to reactions! Lisa Best Weapons and Artifacts (April 2022) Lisa is a Catalyst wielder. This makes her vulnerable in melee, but gives her increased potency at range. As Lisa is an Electro Vision character, building toward maximizing her elemental focus would be ideal. Kagura’s Verity – Lisa isn’t one of the more powerful Electro elemental characters, so making sure CRIT is high will be a better option. Aside from improving the CRIT, this helps increase Elemental Skill DMG by 12% when Kagura Dance Effect triggers that lasts 16 seconds. Once 3 stacks are built up, Lisa will gain 12% Elemental DMG Bonus. Skyward Atlas – If you prefer a higher ATK, then Skyward Atlas would be a solid choice for Lisa. Aside from increasing elemental damage DMG Bonus by 12%, it grants a 50% chance for Normal Attacks to trigger an additional attack from the clouds that deals 160% attack damage. Favonius Codex – The Favonius Codex is not as powerful as the other two, but it does keep Lisa’s DPS up by regenerating Energy. Each critical hit will create Elemental Orbs that give back 6 Energy. This will allow Lisa to fire off elemental skills one after another. As for Artifacts, any set that boosts Electro elemental skills will benefit Lisa. Thundering Fury – Perhaps the most ideal choice as an Artifact set for Lisa. Two pieces of Thundering Fury grants a 15% bonus to Electro DMG, which boosts all her attacks. With 4 of this Artifact set equipped, Lisa’s reactions with Cryo, Hydro, and Pyro teammates will be boosted with 40% additional damage. That makes Overloaded, Electro-charged, and Superconduct deal high DMG. Decreasing the elemental skill cooldown by 1 second isn’t too shabby either. Noblesse Oblige – Two pieces of this Artifact will increase Elemental Burst DMG by 20%. Combine this with two pieces of Thundering Fury and it’s a great one-two punch of Electro bonus DMG. But if you go with a support build, getting all 4 of the set equipped on Lisa will increase her Elemental Burst DMG by 20% and after using an Elemental Burst, Lisa enhances all the party members’ ATK by 20% for 12 seconds. The Exile – If you already have the Thundering Fury and Noblesse Oblige equipped on another character, The Exile Artifact set is a solid alternative for Lisa. Two pieces will increase her Energy Recharge +20%. With all 4 equipped, you can help regenerate Energy for your party members. After using an Elemental Burst, creates a 6 second effect that regenerates 2 Energy to everyone (except the wearer). For a 4-star Artifact, this is a good choice for a Support Lisa. Conclusion Lisa is not one of the more powerful Electro elemental characters in Genshin Impact, but she’s easy to acquire and simple to use. Partnered with Raiden, Fischi, or Eula, you can unleash a bevy of burst and elemental ATK combos to trigger high damage reactions.
