After being revealed at D23 in 2019, Marvel Studios’ first standalone spin-off is finally going to air on March 30. The upcoming Disney+ show stars Isaac as Marc Spector who is suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. If the MCU’s Spector is just like his comic book counterpart, he’ll have at least five personalities: Marc Spector, Steven Grant, Jake Lockley, Mr. Knight, and well, Moon Knight. In previous Moon Knight trailers and posters, fans got a chance to see Mr. Knight, an all-white alter who prefers to use his brain than get his hands dirty like a proper detective. This time, we get to see the Moon Knight in its full glory, complete with how Spector transforms into the conduit for Khonshu, and boy is it glorious. The latest Moon Knight footage gives audiences a closer look at how the ivory suit forms around Isaac as his eyes start to glow white.
— USA TODAY Life (@usatodaylife) March 10, 2022 Moon Knight’s personality makes him one of the more unique characters in Marvel Comics and now everyone is about to find out why. There’s been a bit of a drought when it comes to the MCU lately, what with Hawkeye having already ended and Spider-Man: No Way Home finally finishing its theatrical run. Only time will tell how fans will react to Moon Knight, but with only a few weeks to go until March 30, the wait won’t be too long. The 6-episode series should be enough to keep fans busy until the arrival of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness arrives on May 6. Speaking of Disney, the streaming platform recently made changes that spell good news for future MCU shows. Although Moon Knight won’t be able to benefit from the new parental controls, Netflix’s slate of Marvel shows like Daredevil and The Punisher will be available with all their violence, gore, and mature content intact once they hit Disney+ on March 16. Also, if the recent reports are to be believed, Disney+ might just be working on a fourth Daredevil season.
