What are the free PS Plus September 2021 games?
Sony is giving PlayStation Plus subscribers access to three big games for September 2021. The first two, IO Interactive’s Hitman 2 and IllFonic’s Predator: Hunting Grounds, will be available for both PS4 and PS5 owners. Meanwhile, Ghost Town Games’ Overcooked! All You Can Eat is exclusive to PS5 owners. PS Plus subscribers can start downloading all three games starting on September 7.
Hitman 2
If Hitman 3 gave the World of Assassination trilogy a fitting denouement, then Hitman 2 is where the series peaked. The 2018 title has some of the best Hitman missions ever as it sees Agent 47 take out targets in several locations all across the globe, including but not limited to Miami and Mumbai, as well as the rainforests of Columbia.
Predator Hunting Grounds
Predator: Hunting Grounds is one of the more recent 4v1 games that’s been released. Although the multiplayer title isn’t the most popular, it still makes for quite an enjoyable time. In the game, four human soldiers can join together to take out a single-player-controlled Predator (otherwise known as the Yautja). It might be a completely different title to Aliens: Fireteam, but it should tide you over in case you haven’t had a chance to buy the latest Aliens game yet.
Overcooked! All You Can Eat
Overcooked! All You Can Eat is essentially the ultimate edition of the popular co-op cooking game. It combines all the content from Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2 while also adding a ton of quality-of-life improvements including better visuals (4K resolution) and frame rates (60fps), as well as cross-platform online multiplayer. The PS Plus September 2021 free games lineup will be available starting on September 7 through October 4. Until then, subscribers still have a chance to download August’s free games through to September 6.
